Thanks for the thorough comment. I agree; I believe monetary policy has a huge impact on inflation. I wrote a previous article about such. The Federal Reserve hold a lot of power in the US, and as a result, the world. CPI Inflation hasn't been to bad the past several decades, but we will have to see how things play out!
