Interesting John. I view it the exact opposite. When a stock price drops I want to buy more in at a lower cost basis and when it goes up I'm ready to take my profits and move to my next investments. Different people have different reactions though. But the common lesson is having a plan before you get in. Emotions can make people do wild things.
