Thanks for the comment. That's another cause of wary, what the Fed decides after this week's meeting. Another area I can see banks investing in now that real estate is inflated is utilities. With a lot of publicly traded utility companies facing public pressure to phase off "non-clean" power plants, private banks are able to buy them at decent prices.
